Fireman Chris is on-scene
I’ve decided to resurrect this blog. I first created it about a year ago, posted an intro, then promptly ignored it for the rest of the year.
Lately, however, I’ve been thinking more about kink than I have for the past few years. Not sure what brought that on, but in the past few months, I’ve become a more prolific poster at Spanking Den, I’ve craved the chance to talk with other spankos, and in general I’ve just wanted to be able to be myself and let that part of me out with someone other than my wife.
Maybe it had to do with the fact that we met a new couple from the scene this weekend. They’re friends with another couple we know who said “you just have to meet them”, and the six of us got together this past Saturday. This wasn’t a play session or anything, just a chance to get together, go to dinner and talk spanking, and it was great. As the evening progressed, I think I finally realized that some part of me has felt somewhat isolated from “the scene” for awhile now…not that I’ve ever been that involved in the first place except with what I call the “cyber-scene”, but for whatever reason, I’m craving more of an involvement now a little over 12 years since I first began exploring this side of me.
So that’s what this blog is going to be…a place where I can be my toppish, occasionally switchish, spanko self.

I’d actually caught the typo with Pablo’s blog and fixed it before I read this. I also fixed the one for Sierra’s (there was a “/” instead of a “.” in the address).
As for reporting on our experiment, I suppose I will once there’s a bit more to report on. Unless you just want me to tell everyone that you spontaneously dropped your pants and panties and bent over the end of the bed while we were carrying laundry earlier. Or how I took my belt off the back of the door and made use of that nicely presented bottom.
Yay! I’ll be looking forward to reading your thoughts on this whole wonderful world of kink, especially as you come into the live scene a bit.
And we had a delightful time at your house Saturday. It’s *always* good to know other real-life couples who do this thing we do.

I know what you mean about craving being around others that are like minded. When I first started with Overlap it was great but as I got more involved in the scene and learned more about myself the only seeing everyone evey 6 months got to be really hard. Luckily I have a few friends now that are close to me and we have been trying to get involved in a local group. It is very nice to just sit and talk with others, make jokes, all the things that you might not be able to do with vanilla friends.. I love the feeling of being connected.. I am glad you have started your blog it will be nice to read and share..
