One more

By Fireman Chris, April 26, 2008 9:12 PM

Found another blog today from one of my MySpace friends. She goes by Sarah Angel there and she’s a recently married spanko in Florida (her husband, Nick, is another of my friends). They’re also planning on attending their first Shadow Lane party over Labor Day weekend, so we’re looking forward to meeting them there.

Nick and Sarah are also into domestic discipline, and her blog recounts a number of her punishments, helpfully illustrated with pictures. Rather fun reading as she’s rather, shall we say, incorrigible.

Anyway, here it is…enjoy.

Bratty’s World

Updates (of different types)

By Fireman Chris, April 23, 2008 9:07 PM

Have a few new blogs to share:

Impishly: My Life, Uncensored…Raw – This is Kate James new blog (in addition to her older one), which as she so succinctly pointed out, I’ve been remiss in adding. In her words: “So I enjoy writing, but I feel my current blog isn’t suited for a lot of the posts I feel like making lately. So I’ve taken it here. I intend to write about a lot more in my actual personal life here, interspersed with pictures, as opposed to completely putting myself out there, talking about my video work, etc.

The Daisy Dukes Report – Dave, of The Cherry Red Report, has restarted this blog, which features pictures of lots of nice, spankable bottoms wearing different variations of these eponymous shorts.

Spanking Minnesota – Dr. Ken from (surprise surprise) Minnesota is a relatively new blogger. He’s also a good friend of Iris’, which is good enough for me to consider him a friend too without even having met him. Welcome to the blogosphere, Doc!

There’s also a couple of blogs on my list of links which have recently moved to new URLs. I’ve updated my link list, but here are the new links as well.

And, in case anyone’s wondering, Sparkle did get fucked last night. Well paddled too. If you’re into that sort of thing. I’ll hopefully be posting a picture (or several) of the outfit she met me at the door wearing (let’s just say it has corset strings and also involved a short black skirt and white stockings with bows).

Overheard in our house

By Fireman Chris, April 17, 2008 9:46 PM

Sparkle: “Are you horny?”
me: “Um, not particularly.”
Sparkle: “Good!”

To be fair, my sweet brat of a wife has had a killer cold for about a week, and it was more relief at me not subjecting her to a fit of coughing at an inopportune moment than a true lack of interest. Still, I laughingly told her when she said it that I had my next blog post right there.

Not that life’s been without kink. The last of Sparkle’s eight anal sex punishments has been meted out: I think this is the longest we’ve gone without “real” sex since we’ve been living in the same state, however, but I’m not complaining. And she’s still getting her nightly bedtime spanking (though we both seem to have forgotten about last night’s…her from being sick and me from being pissed about something that happened at work). And she’s feeling enough better tonight that some fun will probably be had tomorrow on my day off while the princess is at school.

Life’s good on other fronts: as Iris has announced on her blog, she and M are engaged! She sent me a picture the other night of her hand with the ring , and we’re all (including the princess) very excited about the news.

Now I’d better go plot what I’m going to do to Sparkle’s bottom tomorrow.

Hairy yellow butt or slow motion red bikinis?

By Fireman Chris, April 9, 2008 7:56 PM

The pseudo-morality police are at it again. This time, it’s in Venezuela though.

From Yahoo! News:

Venezuela has forced U.S. cartoon “The Simpsons” off its airwaves, calling the show a potentially bad influence on children…

The best part, however, is the rest of the sentence:

…and filled its morning slot with reruns of the beach-and-bikini show “Baywatch.”

Answer me this: how is Pamela Anderson’s bikini-clad form running down the beach in slow motion more suitable for children than a cartoon?

Punishment book by Ikea?

By Fireman Chris, April 4, 2008 10:29 PM

Sparkle and I made a trip to one of the semi-local Ikea stores today to pick up a new desk and bookcase for the princess and a few other items.

While browsing through the showroom, we came across this lovely red cloth-bound journal and had to wonder if someone from the scene is working for Ikea’s product development department.

What a difference a year makes

By Fireman Chris, April 2, 2008 7:39 PM

One year ago, on this day and at this time, I had just finished my first day on the job at my new fire department. A day of learning new faces, new equipment, new locales.

One year ago, I was getting ready to spend my second night away from “home”, away from Sparkle and the princess.

One year ago, I was wondering if I’d made the right decision: for me, for us.

Looking back over the last year, I’m so glad that we made that first scary leap into a new life 300-some miles further north.

We have a new house in a beautiful location. It needs some work, as all houses do, but the views are fantastic and we’re slowly turning it from just a house into a home. For the first time in a year, I truly feel settled, despite the boxes still occupying most every room. I never let the condo become “home” to me, it was just a place to eat, sleep, store my clothes, play with my daughter and spank my wife.

And, of course, before that, there was the RV. *shudders*

We’re still going down south fairly frequently to see my family and our friends and for Sparkle’s work. Last weekend, in fact, saw the second trip south in three weeks due to a wedding I was in for one of my buddies at my old fire department. That was a lot of fun, and we got to see my family and the new baby again too.

Sparkle and I are reestablishing our kink lives as well. Don’t get me wrong, it was never really gone, but with all the craziness of moving over the past month and a weekend stay by her brother and sister-in-law, it also got packed into a box (figuratively and literally, given our toy collection) and moved with us, to be unpacked at a convenient time. Last week began the first of our periodic kinky rules/games/rituals in the new house. Sparkle is now getting a bedtime spanking each and every night, right before climbing under the covers and turning the light off. Some nights, they’re gentle, some nights not. Generally just a hand spanking, but if there’s been any unpunished naughtiness, she gets the hairbrush. There’s also the nightly question she has to ask as soon as the princess is in bed, which also got waylaid by moving, as well as our recent house guests…yes, we really are masochistic enough to invite people (even family) to stay with us within a week or two of moving into a new house.

And there’s been other fun too. Last night, she asked me to flog her, which was great fun for all concerned. And, our first or second night in the house, she earned herself eight doses of this particular pseudo-punishment, which she’s in the midst of willingly paying off (she’s down to three).

We’ve even had our first kinky friends over: Kate James was in the area with her boyfriend visiting Bella, a mutual friend from Shadow Lane, and the three of them came over for dinner. Other than a few family members and a couple of other brief visits by friends, it was our first opportunity to entertain in the new house.

So, a year later, we’re back where we were, just 300-some miles further north. Life has its ups and downs, but overall it’s good and we’re enjoying ourselves and thankful for all that we have and for the experiences of the past year.

Even the RV. *shudders*

This is amazing

By Fireman Chris, April 1, 2008 6:55 AM

Friends, I have found the most amazing new product. It will change your lives forever, just like it’s changed mine. In fact, I’ve left my job with the fire department to focus on sharing it with the world.

Sure, it’s scary to make such a drastic change, but when you see this, you’ll understand why.
